'I'm a person too!'
The aim of “I’m A Person Too!” is to help organisations, who provide services to the public, get better at understanding the communication needs of people with learning difficulties so that they can provide a good service.
"I'm A Person Too!" is a national training programme led by people with learning difficulties, delivered regionally by Wiltshire People First
We have spent this year promoting "I'm A Person Too!". There was a taster session in July, that was attended by 6 people
We now have training sessions planned which are for Chairs, Vice-Chairs and people who have a leading role within Area Boards and Community Area Partnerships
There are 5 dates across Wiltshire for you to choose from :
5th October, Sarum College, Salisbury 2 - 5 pm
26th October, St John's Parish Centre, Trowbridge 6 - 9 pm
10th November, Chippenham Sports Club, Chippenham 6 - 9pm
15th December, Bouverie Hall, Pewsey 6 - 9pm
19th January, Devizes Sports Club, Devizes 1:30 - 4:30 pm
