You heard about these last time! Lots of hospitals in the South West are doing some good things to help people with learning difficulties feel comfortable during their stays or visits. Members from WPF, SISAG and Open Minds came and talked about keeping safe. We heard some real life stories and talked about how to report crime. We had a tour of the building and watched some real court cases. In the afternoon we went into an empty court room and acted out a courtroom scene. Lots of people came along and found out about the work Wiltshire People 1st had been doing during 2009. Everyone was given a drink as they arrived and then we started the party with a thank you speech from the chair person David Martin. The Christmas cards were given out and then we had a game of pass the parcel and Tim won some chocolates. We then had a Christmas quiz.
